God's Wonderful Surprise

Storybook bible We love The Jesus Storybook Bible by Sally Lloyd-Jones.  It is a fantastic story bible for kids (and the parents) because each story points back to Jesus as our great Rescuer.  This is an amazing book!  This would be a such a wonderful gift to give to kids at Easter especially ones who don't typically go to church.  Last year at Easter time it was sold at Costco and I have seen it sold at Barnes and Noble too.



There is also a video clip taken from the resurrection story in the book.

    Thanks for the reminder about this version of the Bible story. I read it last night to Wesley. It is written in a way that really connects with children. It is very touching and powerful. This morning during breakfast, Wesley prayed and thanked God for sending Jesus to die on the cross for us.
